Private yoga sessions are a one on one experience with a certified yoga instructor from Beyond Esthetics that structures the class according to the client's abilities, goals and availability.

Attending a yoga class in a gym or studio setting can at times be impractical for some participants. Yoga instructors teaching several students at one time cannot focus on individual needs. With private sessions, health concerns are addressed and special alterations can be made to work around the problem(s) to avoid further complications.

Private instruction will allow the practitioner to take yoga to the next level safely. In many cases, it will result in better skills, a greater level of confidence and fewer complications.

What Is Yoga?

Yoga is an old discipline from India that is spiritual and physical using breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to help improve health and reduce stress.

Some of the different yoga disciplines at Beyond Esthetics include:
  • Chair Yoga

    In light of traditional yoga, the chair is used for support making yoga more accessible for all people. Whether you are struggling with an aging body or are experiencing mobility issues, this practice will increase strength, flexibility, awareness and sense of wellbeing both physically and mentally.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga encourages the muscles to relax and the body to release tension through floor poses that are held for 3 to 5 minutes. The increased time in each pose allows for mindfulness, and promotes the connection between body and breath. This private class is for all levels.

  • Hatha Flow

    Using a creative approach to embody Yoga through intelligent sequences that warm, energize, and empower. Students of all levels will enjoy this class combining strength and fluidity through balanced and creative fluid sequences (vinyasas). This private class is for all levels.

Session Time

A session is 60 or 75 minutes.
